Let me say it’s so bloody good to have you here.

2023. I’m not sure what type of year it was for you?

It could’ve been a joyous year wrapped in shininess and sparkle. It might’ve been a bleak time of life. Perhaps grief, struggle and heartbreak were the soundtrack to the past 365 days...or maybe it’s been a box-of-chocolates type of year. You never knew what you were going to get. Highs and lows. Triumphs and tribulations.

However the year rounded out for you, this is your chance to reflect, take the lessons and step towards 2024 with intention and clarity.

I’m convinced there’s a fierce uprising within all of us. No matter how burnt-out or beaten-up we might feel, there’s always a reawakening of something deeply powerful within us...if we choose to listen.

But listening takes time and space. When we take a moment to sit and breathe, the whisper of this untapped potential starts to emerge. If you listen long enough, that whisper can turn into a roar.

This planner is filled with questions to stretch you. For the courageous ones (yep, you) these questions are your guide; from where we’ve been, to where we are, and finally, where we’re going. This planner is a chance for the noise to quieten slightly and to swap the treadmill of to- do, for the possibility of the new.

Be vigilant about creating that space, settle into the unknown, grab your favourite pen, and see what that gorgeous spirit of yours might whisper in your ear...
