An adventurer at heart, traveling the world as a young Aussie backpacker in the 80’s, working as a camp councillor in San Fransisco to being a Stewardess on David Bowie’s yacht. She then went on the adventure of entrepreneurism and 17 years ago launched one of the first juice bars in Australia - before there was one on every corner.
The name of this juice store was Boost Juice - which now has over 420 store in 13 countries. Interestingly enough Boost has more outlets in more countries than any other juice bar in the world.
